What is the process for ordering a painting?

Simply make the order for your painting(s) directly on our website. We will commence work accordingly. Once the painting is ready, we will send you an image for pre-approval. If you have any adjustments, the artist can make them at this time. Once the painting is approved, we will let it dry and then ship it directly to you to enjoy. 

Are all paintings hand painted?

Yes, all paintings are 100% hand painted by our dedicated and specialised artists using only the best paint and canvas.

Who are your painters?

Our painters all have art degrees and a further specialized in the works we offer on the site. With specialization comes skill and as such, they do these works better than anyone else we have ever seen. They all have a minimum of 15 years experience in reproductions, including at least the last 5 years specialised in impressionism, post-impressionism or symbolism.  

How are Paintings Shipped?

All paintings are shipped rolled up in a tube by either DHL, UPS or FedEx. We only ship paintings rolled up in order to protect the work bst possible. Shipping a painting stretched and framed can damage the work, which we will not risk. 

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we 100% guarantee our work and offer a full 365 day full money back guarantee. When purchasing art, the delivery by the artist should not be in doubt. We are happy to remove any such concern with our guarantee.

I am interested in something not on your website. Is that possible?

If you would like us to produce a work for you that is not currently listed with us, please contact us directly on the contact form and we will get back to you right away with all details about reproducing your chosen work, as well as whether we believe this is something that will fit well with our artists.
